Cyber Security Finland Oy is the controller for personal data used to operate this website and handle enquiries. Business ID: 3195889-5. Contact: info@cybersecurity.fi.

Information we process

The forms collect your name, business email, optional organisation, requested service and message. We also receive subsequent correspondence. Do not include passwords, confidential documents, sensitive personal information or detailed infrastructure data.

Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page and request time to deliver the site, validate Turnstile, prevent abuse and deliver the enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss requested services and manage related correspondence. Processing may be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract. For business representatives and other enquiries, our legitimate interest is to handle business communications. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and storage

RedShield is hosted on Cloudflare. Contact forms are processed by Cloudflare Workers, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered through Cloudflare Email Service to Cyber Security Finland. Cloudflare may process data through its global network under its published data-protection terms.

The RedShield Worker does not store a separate copy of your message or log its contents. Short-lived rate-limit controls use one-way identifiers derived from the request source and email address. The delivered message and subsequent correspondence are retained in our email systems according to the enquiry, necessary follow-up, legal obligations and any resulting customer relationship.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability where applicable. You may also complain to the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
