These terms govern your use of the RedShield Defense website. Specific engagements are additionally governed by a signed statement of work.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging RedShield Defense for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any separately executed statement of work governing a specific engagement.
2. Scope of Services
Security assessment and advisory services are governed by a signed statement of work and rules of engagement, which take precedence over this general website content in the event of any conflict.
3. Authorized Testing
All offensive security testing is performed only against systems and within scope explicitly authorized in writing by the client. RedShield Defense will not test systems outside an agreed scope.
4. Confidentiality
Findings, credentials, and any data accessed during an engagement are treated as confidential and handled under the terms of a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Security assessments identify vulnerabilities present at the time of testing and do not guarantee the absence of all risk. Liability terms are defined in the applicable statement of work.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in an executed agreement.
